yeah but guns are unpradictable and take so much less skill. Plus its even easier to make James cry when you mock his archery

Hmm, so your saying, if I gave you a gun and you shot at a target, and you gave me a bow and arrow and shot at a target, you would score higher? I doubt that very much.

I have shot many guns before my ginger friend. Just cos I dont shoot with a bunch of fly boys doesnt make me inexperienced. Never shot an SA80 I have to admit, but I have fired many a sniper shot. At pheasants rather than targets. (oh and a couple of rabbits too. But I havent got a great hit count on those Back to. A gun on single shot is simple enough. It takes steady hands and an ounce of intelligence (asians can use em). There is more, but not as much as with a bow. You need to wait for the wind to die down just enough. Have dead steady hands and powerful back muscles to hold it. Your aim has to be even more precise to hit and if you move during the shot the arrow goes crazy. Trust me, there is more to archery than shooting a gun. Unless you go to massive ranges out of a bows normal ability. You shoot 30 yards with a bow, record. Then see how a dumbass does with a gun.

Jeeze, I need to take you down to ATC one night and get you a wepon handling test, on the L98 (same as the ones they use in Iraq the L85, but ours have to be manulally loaded, not auto). The kickback is enourmous, I can guarentee that most of your shots would be in the roof of our range.
And btw, I've done archery before, although probably not from the distance you do, but I did ok.

nice. As i said I havent touched the current assault rifles. Sadly enough Serious you have to use manual, not bad though. Have to admit our ranges arent anything special. I have shot 100 yds for fun. But nothing that serious, I think my longest serious was 80.

We shoot on 25m ranges. Lot of fun, and I shot at an RAF base in Scotland. It was good cause we had the jets flying over us all the time. Nearly got one
